Whats the easiest way to get a 6230 unlocked.... Is there a free way?

Does any one know if it is possible to logg the numbers, time and
duration of both incoming and out going calls on a business tariff.
If possible, does any one know how it is achieved and the cost
implications.

I've input the wrong code into my phone twice (I've got a mind like a
sieve for numbers), so I know not to do it again or I'll end up blocking
the sim and needing a PUK code.
My question is: How long does this one-more-cock-up-and-you're-out

I've had a look over the spec for each of the above but which is the better
phone in people's opinions?

Can anyone tell me - which UK networks sell a 6680 which still has the
proper Active Standby feature working?

Setting the sim pincode is fine.
But I want to stop the handset being used with a new sim.

Can you still query O2 support via email on their website?
