does anyone know anywhere that debrands/unlocks siemens s65 phones? The

Just got a good price on a SEndo X smartphone and put my Orange SIM into it
(unlocked of course, but with Voda software)
For some reason the Sendo X I have seems to want to turn on divert all calls
to voicemail. After I turn all diverts off using the phone and the network

Before I buy a pda type mobile I should do some research.
Please tell me where to find the best source of advice.
