The vodafone network looks favourable, especially since my work phone is on

Can someone tell me where I can download "file manager" or related
software for transmitting mp3s to the phone. Bluetooth and related USB
equipment is installed and the pc "finds" the phone and can play existing
tunes on the phone but will not allow the pc to send mp3s to the phone.

What are all the differences between the Nokia 9300 and the 9500.  I am
