I have tried ( unsuccessfully ) to connect to the internet using the 'connect to internet' option that comes with Nokia PC Suite - this is through the DKU 5 cable. This is connecting my PC through a GPRS connection - NOT using the WAP browser

I just got a call from 07094 698714 which rang a few times then rang off just as it got to the phone. I dont normally ring people back but was curious, it rang then said, we are trying to locate your contact, when i then put the phone down.

Do any mobile phones have a mode that allows you to choose to accept calls (ie phone rings/vibrates) from people who are in your address but to divert calls from anyone else to your voice mail without the phone ringing? This would seem to be a very useful facility: there are times ...

I have a 6310i which is great. Great battery life, a screen that doesn't go black, and Bluetooth. They don't make it any more :-( In Feb I will want to get a new phone. The 6230 seems to have reliability

Has anyone noticed frequent network busy with Orange in recent months? I remember posting this a few months back when I was working in the capital. However, I am now travelling all over the south and central parts of England and it is still giving me network busy at random times ...

Is it free to call 0800 numbers on any of the G3 networks? ISTR that Orange is the last "G2" operator to offer free 0800 and maybe they offer free 0800s on G3 ?

Of sending ringtones from my PC to my mobile? I have just got a Motorola V550 and want to send real ringtones to it. I have some MP3 clips but dont know how to get them from PC to mobile. Any help very much appreciated

Our local hospital has a "PatientCall" phone service whereby each bed has a phone with an individual number. Outgoing calls are about 10p per minute, and I understand incoming are 20p per minute from BT. The number range for is in the 0702830xxxx range.

OK, so after another pointless few hours talking to the fuckwits at T-Mobile Customer Service (HA!!!) They have now decided that it must be my 6310i that is preventing me from setting divert on busy etc. Even though I explained that the 6310i is fine and works perfectly with an O2 ...
