I've recently completed and ended a 12 month contract with three and just
received my last bill from them. They owe me £2.21 which I'm not really
bothered about but there was no mention of how they were going to pay it to
me so I called up.

Does anyone know how do delete "tesco's contacts" that are pre-loaded on the
SIM ?
If you delete them they reappear after switching the phone off/on.
If you don't switch the phone off/on, you get a "SIM not ready" message.

I have installed some stuff on my phone, done the restore phone to factory
default but still got crap on there. (i have formatted mmc too).
Thought a firmware upgrade would clear it out.
