Best deal for SMS, say 2-5/day, on PAYG?05 Aug 2005 17:27 GMT3
I've been with Orange for a few years, for exactly this reason (their
Text Saver; £20 for 500 texts which can be sent anytime over a year,
up to 5/day).
They have now stopped it, replacing it with a ridiculous "Extra" offer
Urgent help, setting up GPRS on XDA IIi05 Aug 2005 17:17 GMT1

It's urgent!

Orange - web access to latest calls before bill05 Aug 2005 17:13 GMT2
Is it possible, does anyone know, if I can access (say) last week's calls
via orange.net?
I have just been looking and it only appears to let you view the actual
invoices, not the calls which are due to appear on the next invoice, like BT
Tesco Value SIM cards05 Aug 2005 16:54 GMT11

Firmware update on Orange K750i05 Aug 2005 14:03 GMT2
I've not long had my K750i and so far think it's great. Except (there's
always one isn't there!) for the fact that I cannot get the Bluetrek G2
headset to work properly. Orange have been spectacularly unhelpful telling
me that there cannot possibly be a compatibility issue ...
Switching off voicemail on Riiing?05 Aug 2005 13:59 GMT2

Riiing mobile sim?
Many thanks

MMS settings K700i on Orange PAYG05 Aug 2005 13:14 GMT2
I'm having problems setting up a Sony Ericsson K700i to send MMS on
Orange PAYG.
The phone has been registered for MMS with Orange and the welcoming
SMS arrived but I don't think the setup SMS's arrived so tried the
Deep reset for 6230?05 Aug 2005 12:53 GMT1
I saw a post regarding a code to deep reset a 6680 - is there a similar code
for a 6230 - the code supplied for the 6680 doesn't work on a 6230. Any
suggestions gratefully received.
TIA
easymobile any thoughts ?05 Aug 2005 12:52 GMT30
Currently on O2 payg original but have started making a few more calls -
say 20-30mins per month, not enough to justify a contract but getting a
little expensive. Call charges are IIRC 25p/min (my calls are made to
uk landline & O2 mobile). Easymobile at 15p/min seems a reasonable ...

Orange 6230i and bugs - current status plse05 Aug 2005 11:30 GMT5
I'm looking at upgrading from a 6310i to a 6230i - I've seen reports of
bugs with the Orange SW on these. Has anyone experienced problems with the
current release which I believe is 3.40 - what are the things to check?
Thanx
Siemens A60/65 Charger 3 pin works on 110v ??05 Aug 2005 08:36 GMT3
The UK only 230v mains charger supplied with my siemens appears to also
work down to 110v, using my shaver socket.
Haven't left it in to see if it does really charge phone battery
Anyone any experience of using the supplied UK charger for this tri-band
mp405 Aug 2005 07:03 GMT4
The last phone I had was a XDA2 and had a bit of video I made from the
camera in mp4 format. Now I've got a K750i, I'd like to put that bit of
video on this phone but all I'm getting is the sound. The manual says it
plays mp4 but the phone's saying otherwise.
Charging k750i for the first time05 Aug 2005 00:24 GMT7
I'm trying to charge my new k750i which arrived today but it doesn't
appear to be working.
I've installed the SIM card, battery and charger as the instructions
say to. When I plug the charger into the phone the screen lights up for
Remove pin05 Aug 2005 00:02 GMT2
I want to remove a SIM pin from an embedded GSM device (Siemens TC45)
I can change the pin:
