Are calls to the Channel Islands classed as foreign when using a mobile. If so are there any mobile operators that classes the calls as within the UK and hence will come out of inclusive minutes.

I HAD TO SWITH FROM SUNCOM TO CINGULAR AND EVERY NOKIA PHONE THTAT I RECIEVED THEY ALL FROZE UP, ALL (7) OF THEM. (WIFE AND I. DOES ANYONE ONE IN THE VIRGINIA BEACH AREA HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM? IS IT THE PHONES OR IS IT CINGULAR? OR IS IT THE NOKIA SOFTWARE?

I am at the end of a contract with Orange....will they let me port my number to a PAYG phone on another network, then get a new Orange contract and port the number back, hence taking advantage of the better deals for new customers, and keeping my number?
