Placing a call via Telediscount to Former Yugloslavia, rather strangely

My wife and I have both had phones on the t-mobile network for many
years but want to move away from increasing costs there.
We're thinking of both switching to Virgin.  We'd port our numbers.
But then if we called each other, would we be charged at the Virgin
