I saw an advert (on channel 3, ironically!) advertising mobile phones. Not paying too much attention, they were wittering on about something or other, then I heard them say that you could "be on the phone and browse the Internet at the same time".

Orange Shop are doing 6 mo half price (£12.50) on 12 month contract 120m xnetwork... so £225 for first year. Looking here http://www.mobiles4everyone.com I see no massive gouge deals atm, besides one from onestopphoneshop.

I'm told that 02 charge £10 to port a number into a contract - is this correct? (Seems a bit short-sighted to put off potential customers!) Can anyone let me know which other mobile networks charge for this, and how much?
