Over in the US someone has written a nice little J2ME app called mologogo to use built in GPS on motorola Boost phones. We don't get Boost or the nextel network that sells them, but we do have the A1000 with built in GPS and J2ME. (I found this out in a thread

The US seem to have a good choice of phones with GPS built-in, even available on PAYG from nextel. Do *we* have any? I've had a search around, but not found any clear answers. Maybe they don't want the bother of supporting a little used

I got one of the cheap Virgin Nokia 1100's a while ago (via Amazon), and dropped my Orange PAYG SIM into it. Calls connect fine, but I can't send text messages (although I receive them fine).

Is it better to take out contents insurance and include your phone for a couple of pounds more or to use Provider Insurance which often does not pay out? For instance Orange with water damage? Any quotes and advice appreciated.

I've heard that Orange are to begin charging for calls to *ALL* freephone numbers as of 1st December, I believe that these calls will not come out of inclusive minutes and will be at 10p/min. I keep seeing weird advertising from Orange too, something about cool

I have a K700i, and recently the headset isn't being detected when plugged in, so you restart phone (with headset in) and in works. Then when you pull it out it stays in handsfree mode, until you restart phone. The phone had K750i firmware R1J002. I thought it may be software so ...
