back eh?
Sorry, another request for opinions - Nokia 880009 Oct 2005 20:50 GMT5
While speaking to O2 yesterday about my upgrade they said, due to my
monthly spend, I could have the Nokia 8800 for free. I have read reviews
and some are good while others are not.
Does anyone here have one of these and can give an opinion, and yes I
Tesco mobile bundles09 Oct 2005 20:31 GMT4
Anyone using Tesco bundles, and seeing something I'm missing in their T&C ?
You can have one call and one text bundle per month.  When a call bundle
runs out, calls are 10p/min.  When a text bundle runs out, texts are 5p.
However, the bundled calls and texts are also 10p/min and 5p. ...

Old sim in new phone - damage to new phone?09 Oct 2005 19:01 GMT5
I went to buy a new PAYG phone today and was told that if I put my old
sim in the phone (just to clarify, both the new sim and the old sim are
on the same network), I would void the warranty on the new phone. I was
told that putting an old sim into a new phone can damage the new ...

someone can point me in the right direction. I am trying to find out
which pins do what on the RJ45 end of the nokia CA-27 cable. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
W800i headphones... wtf?09 Oct 2005 13:48 GMT11
I have just received my W800i from O2 Online, but for some reason the sound
quality from the supplied headphones is absolutely DIRE.
They are very quiet and have literally zero bass. I swapped them for a set
of iPod headphones and they produce infinitely superior sound quality.
Opening a Sony Ericsson K500i casing09 Oct 2005 10:35 GMT8
My K500i is a bit sick; full of dust and building debris AFAICS, and
the little joystick thingy in the middle has stopped working in one
direction.  I therefore want to take off the front of the phone in
order to give it a damned good clean-out, but can't see how to do this.

Used T-Mobile USA SIM card for sale, approx $4 remaining, expires end
July 2005, unless topped up before then.
Can be re-instigated after July by buying top up card in US, and calling
customer services.

blackberry device be o.k.? Or should I just stick to a laptop using my phone

Morse ringtones08 Oct 2005 21:53 GMT45
Hi all - I just wrote a webpage that generates morse code MIDI files
which should work on most mobile phones capable of playing poly
ringtones. Its 100% free and you should even be able to download your
tones via WAP. Enjoy!
I love the SE k75008 Oct 2005 19:11 GMT2
The only thing though is that it is not 3G! If it was I'd go out and
buy one right now.
How long must we wait for SE to make a phone like the k750, with 2mp
camera, has bluetooth, is a smartphone, plus has 3G?
Orange pay monthly ideas?08 Oct 2005 18:50 GMT3
I've been on Orange for years, but not changed my plan. I think I
probably should. I' currently paying around 30 a month (incVAT) for
talk 150 + Text 30 + Open Access (which I think is unlimited WAP
over GPRS). Looking on the web site, it seems I can get 100 texts,
D600/W800i/K750i08 Oct 2005 18:50 GMT5
I realise personal preferences have a lot to do with choosing a phone,
but has anyone here played with/used the D600, W800i and K750i and have
any comments.
Ready to order a new one as upgrade and I'm struggling to decide.
