The wifes v525 (off warrantlky of course) has a problem with the
speaker, it's almost impossible to hear what anyone says to her on it,
the volume can start OK, then drops off.
Anyone heard of this and what it might cost to fix it?  I guess it's

Virgin let me pay for my PAYG by direct debit so I never have to bother
with top-ups. Do all the PAYG operators offer this? In particular,
Orange and Vodafone?
