       I keep getting missed calls, where my mobile rings a couple of
times, then rings off.
Just long enough to get your attention, not long enough for you, or your
answer service to be able to answer.

Submitted an upgrade this morning (Saturday) for an upgrade on my OVP
Virgin account.
No email received but got a call from Orange upgrades this afternoon.
They stated that the web page was in error by allowing customers with

...O decide to pull the OVP-VM tariff altogether and move existing
customers to a subscription Plan of some sort.  
What are the subsequent ties given that a 12 month timer (the default
period where no contract minimum is stated) starts from the date of

Been to the phone shop but i experienced a bit of information overload.
Basically i want a mobile where i can get around 500 cross network minutes
and a phone i can use to access the internet. someone said Blackberrys the
one for me but i'm not technical and dont really understand ...

This 0800 charging thing is great news for me.  I've been itching to
ditch Orange for a while now and they've finally (farewell, 1899.com!)
removed the last reason for me to stay with them.
So, it kicks in 1st December - does anyone know how soon we can cancel?

Got a new K300i today on O2 contract. Charged it, whacked in the SIM,
entered PIN 0000, phone accepted PIN then said "Please insert correct SIM"
Cleaned the contacts on phone and SIM - still the same. Tried a different O2
SIM, the same. Put new SIM in old O2-locked phone - worked ...

Images copied fine, but nowhere can I find my list of contacts.

My wife has an myc2 sagem on Vodaphone. It's out of contract next month
and I'd like to unlock it and put a Virgin PAYG sim in it.
Is there a cheap [free ?] and easy way to do this ?

I have bought one of the Bluetooth hands-free kits that plugs into the
car cigarette lighter socket.
The manual doesn't say whether it's safe to leave it plugged in all the
time. On my car (Peugeot 306) the cigarette lighter socket is powered

Any opinions on what i should do. Been with T-Mob (anytime 200) for approx
2 years, had no upgrades or changes. Last month, the person i call/txt
most changed network to o2 and my bill trebled due to no inclusive xnet
minutes. Fair enough, i should have thought of that. Anyway ...
