Why are so many networks pushing the 18 month contract?  I don't want
something that I am tied into for that length of time.

Does phoning a virtual network count as cross network (expensive) e.g,
T mobile to virgin or  vice versa. Or is it regarded as the same
network.

I want to use an Orange contract sim in a vehicle tracking unit. Orange
assure me data is turned on. The unit answers incoming calls but with no
modem whistle. Vodafone payg sim works perfectly. Any ideas?

Recently got an N70 so it still has the screen guard on but I'm looking to
get a decent cover before the screen protector perishes... Like the look of
the one on the nokia site but I've been unable to track one down, searched
eBay without much luck....

I've seen a deal with a company to get a 12 month contract with O2 and
they provide vouchers which you must send with your latest bill.
Are the bills on O2 posted or available online, because I'd much prefer
having online bills so I can print off the bill right away and post them

They seem to have dried up a bit.  Got a freebie 7600 coming to an end
next month which I would like to replace with something offpeak or

What's the difference between these two phones? The only obvious one from

How to activate Line 2 on Nokia 6030
Got an unlocked Nokia6030 (originally on 02)
When I put my Orange simcard in it - it does not recognise Line 2.
Any way to activate this feature?

Is it possible to unlock the Orange 3G mobile office card (aka the Merlin
U530) so that foreign SIM cards can be used? Obviously, they would only be
able to access GPRS.
Or does it have to be used with a USIM?

Referring to the manual it says I should have been supplied with an email
address an ip address by Voda..
