What's the difference between these two phones? The only obvious one from SE's web site is that the w800i has polyphonic ringtones, otherwise the specs are identical. Am I right?

Is it possible to unlock the Orange 3G mobile office card (aka the Merlin U530) so that foreign SIM cards can be used? Obviously, they would only be able to access GPRS. Or does it have to be used with a USIM?
