| O2 online sim only deals - tariff changing | 07 Nov 2005 22:15 GMT | 3 |
Beware, if you take out an online sim only contract with O2, you are not able to downgrade within 6 months! Seems absolute madness, as you're on a 30 day minimum period contract!! After 6 months you can upgrade and downgrade every month until your hearts content.

| O2 PAYG Roaming | 07 Nov 2005 21:40 GMT | 4 |
I can't fathom whether or not I have to enable international roaming for an O2 PAYG sim. The "Before you go" page for PAYG services abroad doesn't say you have to, so I assume you don't? I'd rather not waste 20p a minute calling customer services to find out !

| Orange Shops - useless! | 07 Nov 2005 21:27 GMT | 13 |
STILL trying to buy an N70. Encouraged by Jon's post the other day that Orange Shops would be getting them Thursday and today. So, for the last 2 days now I've been trying to ring my local Orange shop. Not difficult you'd think, especially as there are two of them in town.

| Advice sought on mobile insurance | 07 Nov 2005 19:29 GMT | 8 |
Just purchased an offline Nokia 6681, which I am using on O2 with a sim only deal. I'm keen to get it insured as, for the first time, I actually feel really worried about damaging or loosing my phone (Not that I don't take care of my phones - i've never once lost a phone and

| Orange Shop online always this bad? | 07 Nov 2005 19:07 GMT | 6 |
I placed an order online on Tuesday for an in-stock phone. orange.co.uk suggest turnaround of order within 48 hours, as does the confirmation email. Five days later, and nothing's happened on the order.

| Share purchase question | 07 Nov 2005 15:08 GMT | 1 |
I purchase shares every month in the company I work for. The money is taken from my gross salary i.e. before tax is deducted and is used to purchase shares at the appropriate price once per month. As I am a higher rate taxpayer then I am effectively purchasing the

| O2 rant | 07 Nov 2005 10:39 GMT | 13 |
Does any UK mobile phone provider provide vaguely normal levels of customer services? O2 seem to have stopped my phone making calls (again), no notice, no indication what is going on, this time no diversion to someone who can
