Very annoyed with Orange. My wife either lost her phone or had it stolen yesterday afternoon. I immediately reported this to Orange, who put a "temporary call bar" on the phone, pending my wife's confirmation.

I rang Orange customer services earlier (on 150 option 4-3), asked for a PAC, and they sent it to me by text. That was it. No attempt to retain my custom whatsoever. Had I thought there was a chance Orange would be able to match the deal I've seen I would have been sorely

Looking for a PAYG SIM that I can use during my infrequent trips to Ireland, perhaps once or twice a year that doesn't need topping up each month or needs a call to be made every few months. All the ones I've seen have some sort of commitment that would make them unsuitable.

I just received a replacement SIM and called Orange CS to have it activated. After I gave them the card number I was told that I must place the newly received SIM into my phone but then leave the phone switched off for two full hours. And only after that wait should I switch on ...

I've managed to break the screen on my SE k750i and was wondering if any other owners could let me know the keystrokes (or shortcuts?) to turn on Bluetooth so that I can at least read / reply to my messages using floatMA. Or alternatively are there any programs that will work in ...

Just bought a Nokia plug in hands free blootooth for the wife's car and can't find the handbooks for the Bluetooth passcode. One Orange operator assured me that it is always 12345 for Nokia's. another one that is is 000000.

Was wondering if anyone knows it its possible to install and run a version of TomTom on the Sony Ericsson K750i mobile? Or if not if there is an alternative to running some sort of map or navigation software on it?
