My Orange-UK PAYG SIM has been sold to a new owner via Ebay. I would
like to know how I can make sure that the new owner registers the SIM
under her/his name in order to be free from liability for this SIM.

application where I can archive them to the PC? I don't want to loose them.

Have finally answered one of those international silent calls.
It was from an Indian? company EDS / EDC or something similar.
Stated that I (they gave wrong name) had just bought a t-mobile phone in
UK, and it was a courtesy call.

I ordered an O2 XDA Exec from O2 online on Monday and was advised that
it would take between 3-5 working days to deliver it. Fine I said.
Yesterday, I got an e-mail from O2 advising me that my first bill was
ready. On inspection, they have charged me line rental from Monday, the

Got one of those O2 SIMs that give 300 texts on £10 top up. Got it free off
a mate as the booklets are missing although the SIM was still attached to
the card. The label had been pulled off sometime and so doesn't know the
number. But I figure I can get that when I call another ...

I did an OVP upgrade via their website. I got an email with an order
no. and saying delivery supposed to be yesterday  between 9-17.30. .
Nothing arrived. How long does delivery normally take? Do they always
deliver on the day the email says?

   I have tried all the UK networks over the years and what a refreshing
change to find really helpful customer services at 3.
I have read lots of bad comments about 3 but can only speak as I find. I
have only been with them a short time but on the occasions when calling

i rang up support to enquire why my texts were not 10p any more and he
confirmed that the old previous system had been cancelled. thanks for
not telling me. !but he reinstated me on their new plan which is
similar but dont cost a fee to join up. all very confusing .
