e2save and K608i on Three02 Dec 2005 23:47 GMT9
Looks like e2save has run out of K608i stock. Is this a general problem
with three or just e2save. I know places like mobiles.co.uk have them
(or look like they do), but how can I trust them to give me my cashback?
Problems with Vodafone PAYG02 Dec 2005 15:24 GMT1
I bought a Vodafone PAYG sim the other week and am having serious problems
registering a credit card to get the free £2 credit. I've tried 3 different
cards and all I get is the same response "You have entered invalid card
details. Please try again with valid card details". This is ...
Mercury Mobiles02 Dec 2005 15:22 GMT6
Anyone know if the free (or paid for) mobiles available from Mercury Mobiles
(£50 for 12 months, £90 for 24 months 200 minutes blah blah blah) are locked
to Mercury or are they unlocked and usable on all networks?
Thanks
3G for internet only02 Dec 2005 14:39 GMT24
I'm travelling a lot in UK, and today constantly chasing wifi services
all the time. Therefore I have considered a 3G service for better
coverage, but neither "Three" nor Orange seem to offer a service with
only data transfer.
Three02 Dec 2005 12:25 GMT13
In the early days of "3" i tried their system and thought it was
rubbish! Other than that short period, I have been on Orange who I find
great. What are your opinions on the "modern day" three system, are they
any good, and perhaps which handset if they are worth migrating to?
V3x02 Dec 2005 11:48 GMT2
Thinking of signing a Vodafone contract (while I wait for my Orange
contract to end) for a V3x as they seem to be the only people with
them. Doe's anyone know if Vodafone contract phones are still unlocked
when sold and if there's a chance it would support Line 2 etc without
e2save cashback - short changed (again) Mr Dunstone as expected..........02 Dec 2005 07:18 GMT8
Well here we are again at cashback stage 2, and as per stage one in May
have received a cashback cheque for half the correct amount( £37.50 in
lieu of £78.06), despite me sending  a covering letter informing them
of the mistake made in May, and spelling out the scheme particulars ...
Which Handset On 3?02 Dec 2005 03:46 GMT3
I am going to take out a contract on 3. My girlfriend has had the Nokia 6680
on 3 for about 5 months and I'm quite impressed. What else would you guys
recommend. I see on 3's website they are soon to be offering the Nokia 6280
and the Motorola V3X and there are a number of others ...

Anyone who's got any of these phone? Would you reccommend them?
The V3 was a bit basic in its menus etc.  Is the V3x the same but with
better camera & 3G or have Motorola changed other things for the better?

No WAP push on Treo 650?01 Dec 2005 21:07 GMT1
I have a Treo 650 on Orange - not an Orange branded Treo though, bought
separately off-net and stuck my SIM card in it.
Almost everything works - internet access is fine, GPRS, MMS, SMS all
work no problems.
