Low user contract with occassional intensive roaming28 Dec 2005 19:38 GMT11
My wife virtually never users her mobile phone most of the year, with the
exception of the odd call to a UK fixed number (half a dozen times a year).
In fact, most of the time she forgets to charge it/switch it on/cannot hear
it ring in the depths of her handbag with all the ...

When I connected the Rokr to my PC via the USB cable it doesn't show up
as a removeable disk in Windows Explorer / My Computer or as an icon in
iTunes.
I took the first Rokr back yesterday and the person in The Link went in
Best smartphone/Orange C550 Opinions?28 Dec 2005 18:13 GMT4
I am looking at buying the Orange c550 as I want a smart phone in the New
Year.  I am not really bothered about the music player capabilities as I
predominantly want to use it to sync with Outlook and retrieve emails (I
assume it can handle multiple POP3 Accounts?)

What would you say given one free minute of anonymous public speech?
The answer lies in a happy marriage between the Internet and mobile
phone technology.

I managed to bounce my 'phone over Christmas (which it didn't much like)

staff to confirm that the thing no longer switches on, and then ...

Does anyone know if it's possible to use DUN over the three

dial up to my isp, just wondering if this was possible on
the three network at all?

My daughters phone switches on ok but the key presses are all delayed
byat least 5-20secs like its busy doing something else, its just over
1yr old and the number I was given by Sagem UK for their repair place is
answered by cutting me off on the occasions before Xmas when I tried
5 times done, unable to unlock Nokia 110027 Dec 2005 17:35 GMT9
Apparently, because I've entered 5 unlock codes (none of which worked)
the unlock can now only be done via software reset, so I'm told?
Is this something that can be done 'DIY' or is it restricted to those in
the know?
Swap two contract phones' PACs?27 Dec 2005 16:44 GMT1
I was wondering if it were possible to swap two mobile phone numbers.
The reason I was thinking of doing this is so that I can get a good
contract that currently available to me (3, V3X on 6 months half price,
phone worth more on Ebay than the cost of the entire year's contract),
