Orange SPV M5000 Text Message problem15 Feb 2006 11:32 GMT5
Have just taken delivery of an Orange SPV M5000 yesterday.
Everything appears to be working fine except for outgoing text messages.
Messages composed from scratch or as a response to an incoming message are
not sent and end up in the drafts folder after a period in the outbox.

a shiny new Palm T|X handheld.  Choosing 'Generic GSM' as the profile, I
can connected via infra-red and use the dialler without a problem.  What

Been given a 'phone for my son. No sim with it and when we go to put new
sim in it it asks for the Unlock Code. Looking at the manual it seems
factory setting is 0000. Previous user obviously changed it.
Manual goes on to say if you don't have the code to contact Sony

I'm in the mood for a new phone, but have three months left on my contract.

I've just gone from my Nokia 7650 to a 6630, and the SIM card transferred is
as I understand it a 2G sim?
When I switch on my 6630 the 3G symbol appears but then the phone goes over
to the 2G network.

Upgrade cold calling - how can it be stopped?14 Feb 2006 19:38 GMT33
I left Orange at the end of last year - and migrated my number. One of
the reasons (amongst others) was because I was pissed off with keep
getting people ring me claiming to be from Orange and telling me I was
eligible for an upgrade.
Setting a Vodafone Spain SIM to English answerphone14 Feb 2006 18:24 GMT5

Vodafone 'loyalty'14 Feb 2006 16:56 GMT4
My 18-month Vodafone contract is going to come to an end soon and I got
a phone call this morning from someone there to ask what I wanted to
