When my February bill came in I was alarmed to discover I have been charged just over £80 for data calls I know I haven't made. I only ever use my phone as a 'modem' when I'm away on holiday - as years of use of my Orange account will witness, yet during a 12 day stint in February ...

I have a problem. I would like to keep my number and remain on the same network (Orange). However Orange have made a derisory offer for me to stay, and I can save several hundred pounds if I start a new contract with them.

I cancelled my 3 contract. It seemed to go OK. The person I spoke to told me that I should cancel the direct debit, and then the final bill would need to be paid by cheque. I didn't like that idea, so I didn't cancel the DD. The phone stopped

My Orange contract came to an end on the 17th. my usual billing date was the 3rd of the month. On the 3rd March I as billed for the full period till the 2nd April. Will my closing bill be sent after the 3rd April now or should I have received it by now? Obviouldy, Orange are now ...
