On my O2 SIM card there are several entries in the address book which
start with a > symbol. Things like balance, top up etc...
Is it possible to delete these entries? My phone (Nokia 1100) says it

I went to Transnistria - the country between north east moldova and
ukraine.  It is not officially recognised by the UK.  I could not get
my phone to work in the capital - transnistria - yet I saw many people
with mobiles, as there is little infrastructure to install telephones
