Is there a limit to the number of mobile contracts one person can take out? With all these offers of 12 month cashback and free handsets, I'm tempted to take out a few contracts and sell the handsets. Would I be breaking any rules?

I went to Transnistria - the country between north east moldova and ukraine. It is not officially recognised by the UK. I could not get my phone to work in the capital - transnistria - yet I saw many people with mobiles, as there is little infrastructure to install telephones
