Why do people actually *buy* mobile phones?30 Apr 2006 22:21 GMT39
I'm after a "HTC Tornado". I have an existing package.
Now you can buy for ~£290 sim free or get one with a package for the same
annual cost.
Apparently any lock is dead easy to remove.

I currently have a 2.5G (Treo 650) handset on Orange. If, in the

whenever it comes out), but I don't want to do this through Orange and
buy the handset offnet, will my existing SIM card still work in it? If

if it's not full GPRS, I just need to access WAP sites (things like the
National Rail site and so on).  I looked for settings on the T-Mobile
site, but it appears there are no Blackberries listed at all so I'm a

N70 firmware - Go Orange or go naked?29 Apr 2006 17:36 GMT5
I've got a Nokia N70 on Orange which goes slow from time to time and
frequently crashes - I believe a firmware upgrade may be the answer.
I use Line2 for business usage and the odd Orange feature, but should I get
an official Orange firmware upgrade or a generic Nokia one?
