I've just had an sms message to my phone saying 'update' apply new settings... Are Orange PAYG sending out updates, or is this a scam? I don't know if to accept the update or not? Help !!! Will it screw up the phone if I accept it? Is there any way to know its genuine or not?

My wife's Orange contract ended in January and, in early February, she received a final bill showing a credit of £27.60. The bill stated that the credit shown against the account balance would be deducted from the next invoice, which obviously can't happen.
