I have a Novatel Merlin U630 datacard supplied by O2. Should I
be able to replace the O2 SIM with my Vodafone one from my phone

Does anybody know what's going on at O2?
I received a letter saying they are moving to a new billing system and I
might see a "First Payment" comment on my bank statement.
The new bill doesn't show my carry forward minutes/texts.

I've heard the phone company I'm with are putting their costs up soon. I'd
like to cancel early when they do this but I need a PAC code.
I need to put my cancellation in writing but how do I go about getting a
PAC as well? I don't want to cancel my contract and lose my number.

If I buy a phone from an internet shop and it arrives in a damaged
state, then I get the shop to replace it or get a refund.
