Good sound from tiny speakers - HOW?14 May 2006 03:20 GMT7
Over the last few years devices have produced some impressive sounds
from a tiny crappy looking almost-flat speaker.
For example, many cells phones have a "no hands" mode where the tiny
speaker can easily projects the sound for several yards.
Selling phone - Unregister?13 May 2006 21:17 GMT2
I've been Googling for about an hour but just can't find what I thought
would be basic information! So here goes. I'm selling my old PAYG mobile
to a friend who wants to use their existing number, and she's on the
same network (Orange) as my old phone. If she just uses the SIM ...
Changing networks - do I need a new SIM13 May 2006 19:57 GMT1
This is probably a very basic question, but here goes: If I have a
T-Mobile SIM and use T-Mobile, but want to move to Virgin, do I have to
get a Virgin SIM and then port my T-Mobile number to the Virgin SIM, or
is it possible to change networks without changing SIM?
Nokia N80, Orange13 May 2006 18:34 GMT7
Just about to upgrade my mobile to the Nokia N80, everyone of the highstreet
retailers are saying in their brochures that the N80 is available from May.
Trouble is I've been told that it's not yet in shops. Anyone know exactly
when this phone will become available? And what the ...

Premium Messaging Service Received13 May 2006 16:51 GMT37
I've just opened my 1st April Three bill.  I don't ever use the phone
but they charge me £30 a month like clockwork as one expects, however,
this month £31.50 was taken via DD from my bank account.
There are no calls or text messages sent from the mobile as it's off

Anything similar to SE K750i?12 May 2006 22:15 GMT8
I was about to buy a SE K750i, but I keep on and on reading how the
joystick packs up after a few months. I had that problem with the K700i
so don't want it again. I was going to risk it but I've read about this
so much now that, considering how much I plan to use the joystick ...
Best phone for music12 May 2006 22:09 GMT9
My girlfriend would quite like an iPod, but doesn't fancy the idea of
carrying around an extra device with her, so likes the idea of being able to
store music on her phone, which makes a lot of sense to me too!
She can't upgrade until November but at the moment she's got her eye ...

O2 data tariffs12 May 2006 19:12 GMT2
Can the O2 data tariffs be used on consumer tariffs?  I notice that it's
in the business section of the web site, and that's where you end up if
you click on Mobile Web pricing.  Are they just bolt-ons for the normal
voice tariff?
Best place to get  glass K750i12 May 2006 18:32 GMT2
I've cracked the front glass on my K750i - does anyone know the best place
to get a replacement? Some overseas websites offer such items but I'd rather
get something in the UK if possible.
