Can anyone advise the best way to select a mobile phone package?
I did have an Orange pay-as-you go phone, which I have now lost. It
was a very old phone anyway.
I don't want any fancy features; just the basics. All I want to do is

i just want to warn everyone to stay away from these guys. i ordered
the 6230i on orange from them. far from next day delivery they sent it
out on the 3rd day after i ordered. ok so late deliveries happen, royal
mail sucks, yada yada...fair enough.

Just got myself a new voda phone yesterday morning and was told it can
take up to 24 hours to register the sim i tried to call vodafone this
evening but get an answer machine is this the norm (only ever been on
orange with their 24 hr call centre)

I requested one today but I'm told that I need to write in (as they need to
compare signatures). They also said that I'm on a 30 day notice period and
so the PAC code will not be issued until then.
This sounds like rubbish to me.

I'm in the US and made a couple of calls to 191. There is an automated
message which plays as soon as the call is answered which specifically
states that called to 191 are free of charge.

T-Mobile runs at 1800 Mhz, My customer has a bunch of Nokia 6090's
which are designed to run on GSM only.
I saw a website claiming that they could be unlocked to work on any
network, does anybody think this is correct as the equipment is
