i just want to warn everyone to stay away from these guys. i ordered the 6230i on orange from them. far from next day delivery they sent it out on the 3rd day after i ordered. ok so late deliveries happen, royal mail sucks, yada yada...fair enough.

Just got myself a new voda phone yesterday morning and was told it can take up to 24 hours to register the sim i tried to call vodafone this evening but get an answer machine is this the norm (only ever been on orange with their 24 hr call centre)

I requested one today but I'm told that I need to write in (as they need to compare signatures). They also said that I'm on a 30 day notice period and so the PAC code will not be issued until then. This sounds like rubbish to me.

I'm in the US and made a couple of calls to 191. There is an automated message which plays as soon as the call is answered which specifically states that called to 191 are free of charge. However, does any know if that is really true for calls made to 191 from
