I have just bought a used (2 months old) PAYG E720 which was originally on T Mobile but has since been unlocked by the previous owner to operate on all networks. My O2 sim works ok in it but the only irritating thing is that the phone's software is still the T Mobile software ...

Phone is a Nokia 3120. Purchased on Orange, but immediately unlocked and my O2 PAYG SIM card installed. It works fine in the UK on O2.

Hi all, today I was given as a present a Nokia 6230i. It was bought from Tesco-the first thing I did was to unlock it (successfully) to my existing Orange PAYG sim. It works great. Trouble is, I get the annoying Tesco logo on the main screen, and in a couple of other areas

Is it possible to get access to premium texts blocked? I know you can get premium number access blocked but this doesn't include premium texts. Surely there should be such an option?

found a number once that allowed me to ring a mobile at 1p a minute but never realised it was for 'abroad' mobiles as when I tried to ring my daughter who was abroad at the time it wouldn't allow the call but gave another number at 15p a minute.
