Just phoned and spoke to bloke in Orange cancellations/retentions dept.
I'm currently on 500mins/120text for £25. Asked for my PAC and he has issued
it.
Then asked if they have anything to offer to keep me for another 12 months

Hi I have just come across an old phone of mine which had been mislaid. I
charged it up but for the life of me I cannot remember the number to call to
get the balance. I tried 123 but that gave me the speaking clock and various
other 3 digit numbers give the message calls to this ...

Today I got a call from an 0901 number (premium number if I'm correct),
which hung up right when I picked it up. Any possibility it's a kind of
scam? There's no way of getting charged for a call that I know of, not
when you're not roaming anyway.

Just phoned Mobileshop.com asking about a deal and the lady there said that
O2 were changing deals on the 13th of July.
Is it best to wait a few days or do I go for one of Mobileshop's deals
today/tomorrow?

I have the same motorola timeport 250 from about 1999/2000 that I am looking
to now change. I am on a monthly fee from Oange but I am not impressed by
any of their mobiles on offer at the moment.
A friend tells me that I can buy the Motorola Q, put my orange Sim into it

you must do:

My sister is on the orange network, she is have major problems with
nokia phones, she had an older model nokia, and a new N80, both using
different sims, but the same number ported between sims, she is
every-so-often getting a squealing sound from the speaker of the phones
