Unbranded firmware for Samsung Z320i ?04 Jul 2006 21:46 GMT1
My daughter has an O2 branded Samsung Z320i - that is not network
locked by default and is used with T-Mobile. It was bought mainly as a
small phone that supported 3g Video calling. That part works fine.
Unfortunately services like MMS are hard configured to use the O2
Memory Card 6230i ??04 Jul 2006 19:03 GMT3
I want a 1GB memory card for 6230i.
I am a bit confused with the various types of memory.
The basic type is MMC, and afaik MMC-RS is also compatible with the
adapter extension.

About two weeks ago, my girlfriend had a delivery report on her Virgin PAYG
phone for a number she's never sent a message to (and delivery reports are
not turned on anyway).
Also, yesterday I received two messages from a mobile number, one was blank

tesco roaming, now from 40p per min04 Jul 2006 13:14 GMT4
Just noticed this. 40p per minute to call UK (fixed or mobile) from EU
countries. (They don't appear to work yet from the Baltics or Luxembourg
though.)

unlocking ancient phones03 Jul 2006 23:48 GMT2
I got an ancient Sagen RC 815 which would be useful to my friend's old
mum if I can unlock in from Voda (she lives in Poland, for one...).
Problem: it's not worth the price at all to unlcok this old dino, and I
can't find free codes for it neither. Next time I go unlock another

Nokia E61 -  opinions...?03 Jul 2006 19:12 GMT2
Thinking about this phone as an upgrade. (Not even sure if it is available
yet!)
What are others' opinions of it as a PDA/Treo 650 replacement?
Thanks very much.
Faxing on UK mobile phone networks03 Jul 2006 16:27 GMT13
1. Which UK mobile phone networks support sending faxing (please don't
bother telling me about receiving faxes). O2 have recently told me that
they have "stopped supporting faxing".
2. Which mobile phones have fax modems?

BT landline in company name03 Jul 2006 14:03 GMT5
Thinking of getting a second line installed for my home/office - is it
possible to get the BT line put in the company name and direct debited from
my company account, or would I have to actually pay for a business line?
Thanks
