I claimed my first 6 months cashback on a K700i that I got from the Mobile Outlet. They have written back saying they've refused the claim because I didn't send them my dispatch note along with the bills. However, nowhere in the T&Cs I agreed to at the time of the purchase

My XDAIIi arrived today, and it is locked to o2. I popped out to a phone store and bought an o2 pay and go sim card. Got home, put it in, but the signal indicator just has an ! next to it. I can't get credit onto it either. Does the sim card have to be registered on o2 first ...

I have been advised, wrongly I suspect, that it is posible to convert my existing Nokia car kit (CARK-91) to accept a newr phone, specifically a Nokia 6280, by means of a new cradle and wiring harness Can anyone advise if this is true, or am I going to have to fork out

Just received my final bill and I'm £1.55 in credit. As I use to pay Orange by cheque, what would be the best way of claiming back my £1.55 as they don't deserve a penny more of my money? Must be these new fangeled statements, but I see no mention of PAC

I've had a k800i for a couple of weeks now and appart from the lens cover feeling like it is about to drop off I'm very happy with it. My number ported over yesterday from Orange so I spent last night attempting to set the thing up properly.

Has anyone found a direct comparison between these 2 devices, I am due an upgrade now, but T-Mobile not playing nicely on the Vario II. Maybe I could just get the vario; but dont want to be annoyed that I did not! Anyone know the key differences etc?
