What is the cheapest way to have a second mobile number for incoming calls?
At the moment I have an O2 monthly contract and a Vodafone PAYG, I could divert
all the Vodafone PAYG calls to my O2 number, but once my PAYG credit runs out
won't I get cut off? anybody got any better ...

mobile times, ie 7pm to 7am and all weekends?

I have a problem with my mobile, a Nokia 2300. I took it out of my pocket
and found it with the screen fully lit and completely insensitive to any key
I pressed. I tried removing the battery but when I switched it back on the
situation was just the same: white screen and mobile ...

A mate has an Orange mobile phone and has been on an Orange Canary40
contract for 3 months and pays £34 per month for this.  According to

A friend read somewhere that, after you port your number from provider A
to provider B, it is still "owned" in some sense by provider A, and that
if someone calls your number, the cost to them is determined by provider
A's charging structure. This sounds wrong to me - can anyone ...
