Can anyone tell me if  i just change the cradle on my 6310i handsfree

I am on Racoon 35 with unlimited calls to landlines bundle. I get 250 mins
to landlines but when they are used the cross nets minutes are being
deducted for landline calls. Surely this is not how it is supposed to work.

have to be licenced etc as in downloaded from a music site like iTunes?
I've got lots of ripped mp3s and would hate to think they won't play in my
