Today I spent an hour on the phone to their damned call centre, trying to find out what the rate really is. The £7.50/MB is their website pricing, but I actually measure £3.06/MB.

Hi, Do O2 put sim locks on their phones? I know that Vodafone and Orange do but I've never come across a locked O2 handset and am curious to know if they do. Many thanks,

Thinking of getting this phone and 3g.co.uk states it has 512 MB External/Removable memory Does this mean a memory card just slots into it neatly somewhere or does it need an additional adaptor to house the memory stick?

Anyone recognise this number? We keep getting calls from it and it's an automated number. Probably a computer generated call, but would love to call them and tell them to feck off.

I've just been onto Voda's phone customer service, re another thing, and asked them what config I should use for a Vosa PAYG SIM card which I just got off Ebay. They tell me the APN is pp.vodafone.co.uk, and the login is "wap" and

I never use the service, most of the time phone is turned off. anyway apparently I owed them 53p which is odd. So i went to cancel the account and they charged me £5 to do that. Surely this is illegal? i never signed any credit agreement, i thought it was a PAYG phone.

can anybody recommend a decent cover..looking on eBay they tend to be the hard plastic crystal type or the leathery plastic type with the clip on the back..are these any good or can somebody suggest anything better? TIA
