I want to move from Vodafone (where I have been a contract customer for over
10 years) and move to T-Mobile because I am sick of shoddy service from
Vodafone.
My Vodafone contract is not up until the end of April however.

i don'y know the no. only 19 digit code on the simm, can't find any info on
orange.co.uk about this...??...just prompts towards buying a new one.

have tried 450 but it doesn't give you the option to talk to the CS

the line goes dead a second or two after dialing.  Definately got right
