hi,i have just started to use my l7 as an mp3 player,but on some
files,it just stops part way through the track and says "play failed".

Their redesigned shop does not seem to have any field to enter your
PAC. Their help says that you give your PAC when you have selected your
phone and plan, and yet there is nothing.
