Hi guys. A member of my family has received a new Motorola V3 RAZR this morning and I've been aksed to set it up for them. However, having gone through the web interface to register the SIM card with Orange and all that, the phone is still unable to make calls.

I came accross SIM card clones on eBay. Can anyone tell me if they've tried them? Are they any good? They say that you can operate two SIM cards at the SAME time?
