I'm on Orange and recently upgraded my C600 to an M600 and in the process was given a new SIM. Whilst trialling the phone for the 7 days I used my old SIM to enable the process of returning the phone (and new SIM) that much simpler should I decide to keep it.

...O2 customer service advise that you can't reset the new voicemail back to the default network greeting, once a personal greeting has been set. I wanted to reset it to the default greeting as they've finally removed the mobile number that has been dialled from the standard ...
