Can anyone answer, why would you pair together 2 blackberry handsets

Can anyone recommend a PAYG Sim that offers a good rate receiving/making
calls or sending texts while abroad please,
Last year I had Easymobile which was great for the 20 per min receiving call
rate. Anyone know of anyone else doing anything good for while I am abroad.
