O2 are simply the worst network out there.
I have been on all networks and none have treated me so badly as O2
have.
They have the WORST customer service I have ever encountered.

I just got £111 cheques from OneStopPhoneShop for two phones I bought
at the end of 2006. (Hurrah for me etc...)  (on £30/mth, 12 mth free)
Problem ?) for me is I wasn't expecting any yet. The first cashback
claim is after June 21st!

any one tell me the O2 CS number from a mobile ?  And yes, I have looked on
their web-site, can only see landline numbers.

my girlfriend gets an upgrade next month and we're wondering for her
