Will her old sim work in the new phone obviously without the 3G benefits? If

I have been using this phone on O2 for a year now with a sim card
lock. I just got a new sim only contract and this does not come up
with a lock. I want to set the sim card lock but it asks for a code. I
tried my last code which it did not like.

Anyone know if ot when O2 are doing there free/£1 sims again?
