Program for recovering images for camera memory card24 Jul 2007 01:25 GMT2
I accidently formated my digital camera's memory card. I used the
websitewww.z-a-recovery.com to retrive them. I was supposed to be free
as stated in the site. After I recovered them I was unable to save
them so I could print them out. It would be $49.95 to do this. When I

HTC Touch or E-Ten  X500?24 Jul 2007 00:11 GMT4
I'm torn between these two. One has fabulous "hand appeal" and the other
has built-in SIRF III GPS. Each attrcats me and they are around the same
price but I already have a bluetooth GPS receiver so could do without
the E-Ten advantage.

Blackberry - Outlook - Exchange question23 Jul 2007 22:53 GMT1
I know that a Blackberry can be used with the Blackberry Enterprise Server
(BES) to connect to MS Exchange, but I have an application where just one
user wants to use a Blackberry, so the BES isn't justified.
In 2005 I tried this using the Blackberry connected to the Workstation, ...

E61 software reliability23 Jul 2007 18:15 GMT2
My E61 occasionally loses appointments and contacts (maybe half a dozen in a
year). Anyone else had this trouble? I back it up to Outlook every couple of
weeks, but don't normally use Outlook otherwise. Never had problems with a
pair of Psion 3Cs, a Psion 4, a Palm M80 and a pair ...
Weird one - SMS from other operator's "call catcher".23 Jul 2007 18:15 GMT3
Here's an odd one. I moved form Vodafone to Orange about 30 months ago. I've
had several handsets since then, and currently have a Nokia E50 which was
bought sim-free and has never been used on Vodafone.
About a month ago I received an SMS from "Vodafone Call Catcher" informing
Info re Sony Ericsson W800i23 Jul 2007 16:35 GMT4
Hi I was watching a James Bond film the other day and I noticed the
man himself was using what looked like a Sony  Ericsson W800i as a Sat
Nav unit, was this just a gimmick or can you use software and/or
hardware to enable the W800i to be used a sat nav unit.
SMS to landline23 Jul 2007 15:21 GMT1
Is the SMS-to-voice service on BT landlines (BT Text?) limited to
recipients with Call Minder enabled, or will it work with the default
settings on any BT landline?
Does Virgin have the same service? Is it enabled by default or opt-in?
Handset with longest standby battery life23 Jul 2007 13:03 GMT4

accuracy, poll every hour geotracker. Will never make a call or text.
Will receive a call (won't answer it) if an event happens, but phone
then retrieved.

Swapping SIM cards23 Jul 2007 09:44 GMT5
I have an Orange K750i that I've recently (Saturday) moved on to PAYG
from Pay Monthly.
If I was to get an Orange PAYG K800i (I'd prefer a K810i but I don't
think you can get those on Orange PAYG) from somewhere, would I be able
