My son's phone (D900i) was stolen (so he says !) at school today. I was planning to call O2 in the morning and give them the IMEI number to have it blocked. However, if it turns up at the bottom of the wash basket next week, will O2 reactivate the phone for me ? If so is there ...

Had a problem with my phone Sony Ericsson K800I and had to do a reset and now my text messages are saving in wrong order rather than last message being shown at the top of the list. Anyone know how to rectify this? Mel

Dont go near them... You'll never get the cashback promised... They send me a letter telling me I hadnt sent all the documents so my claim was refused. They sent it one day after the 60 day deadline has passed so, basically, its too late to re-send.

One of lifes annoyances - Why do mobile phones with my O2 sim card interfere with such things as, my alarm clock, my tv, stereo etc... Yet my partners Orange mobile phone seems interference free.
