I've just done my yearly Contract renewal call to O2.
The phone is rarely used (I have a business phone, this is my private
phone), so for the last 3 or 4 years I've got to the year end, and asked
them to cancel the Contract, and change it to PAYG.

Posted a couple of weeks ago about my online account settings being wrong
(basically my payg account signed me into my contract number and vice versa)
After exchanging a couple of emails the problem has been sorted and I can
now sign into my contract account with the right number.

Ok, currently we are using two phones on Virgin PAYG.
Circumstances have changed recently and we are now spending

Using a Nokia N70 as a modem for my laptop on web n walk and certain
websites cause my connection to drop out, on the network status
monitors in my sytem tray, (ie the two little green traffic monitors)
the one showing sent data just sits there flashing and the recieved
