Blackberry question28 Nov 2007 14:55 GMT3
Just migrated to a Blackberry from a horrible windows mobile thingy. I've

Help, please, with email on the move.28 Nov 2007 13:17 GMT1
I am retired. I have VERY OCCASIONAL use for mobile phone, but I like
to see my emails, and other web material, daily when away/abroad. I
edit a local village magazine, and sometimes the emails have
attachments in Word of 200 to 800 words. Internet cafes are not always

Orange answerphone has dumped my greeting message27 Nov 2007 23:21 GMT17
I've had the same outgoing message in my Orange answerphone for ages,
but this morning I discover that it is no longer there, and I'm offered
the chance to record a personal greeting.
Orange seems to be going out of its way to piss off their customers, but

Dang.
I just cracked the screen on my N95. Repairs?
I understand some can get them replaced for about £35 genuinely, and
there are screens on eBay for about a 30 quid.

Motorola F3 - Does it have a reminder bleep for SMS received?27 Nov 2007 16:38 GMT4
I am looking to buy a cheap handset just for receiving SMS when
abroad. I always miss the arrival and forget to check. Older Motorola
phones had a 'reminder' bleep, maybe every 5 ot 10 mins after a text
message had been received, until it was read.
Are the PIM apps any good on current Nokia/Symbian phones?27 Nov 2007 11:45 GMT2
I'm a former Psion user, currently using a Palm Tungsten and a separate
phone, but my Palm is getting old and may be due for replacement before
it falls apart, and I think it may be time to consider a 1-box
solution.

O3 change of roaming/partner networks.27 Nov 2007 09:53 GMT5
3phone  has quietly abandoned all who depend on O2 to provide a
roaming or replacement signal when the G3 signal is unavailable ( many
