Got a 3 contract due to run out in 5mths but the handset has died.  The
cheapest replacement is the 3 skypephone at £49.99.  However, what I want is
a phone that can be used on virgin PAYG when the 3 contract has finished.

Anyone know what the real deal is with GeoSIM Global SIM card? It
seems the service has been unavailable since the end of September

I'm with T-Mobile on PAYG.  I recently got two messages in my Service
Inbox (Menu -> Services -> Service Inbox).   One was entitled "Hot 50
Pics" and the other "Free Timbaland Tone".  I believe these are known
as WAP push messages.  I haven't tried to retrieve either one.   Will
