What do you actually pay for? I have downloaded the maps via Wi-Fi and used the GPS to monitor my movements (do i have to pay when the satnav gets a lock) or do i only pay when i actually ask for directions?

I only make about 15 mins of calls a month, probably less than 50 texts a month, a few picture messages, and upto about 10mb of mobile internet use max. So I am mainly using it for texting and mobile internet.

I am trying unsuccessfully to connect to T-Mobile 3g (HSDPA) I have tried it on two phones different models and manufacturers with PAYG sims. Both state a good 3G connection but get stuck on <Locating> when I try to navigate to a site.
