O2, Orange & Three08 May 2008 16:09 GMT8
I have just started using my ThreeToGo account again to sell a car and
noticed that my phone was switching from Three, to O2 and then to Orange.
WTF is going on? Are Three now using O2 and Orange for GSM coverage now?
SE W580i, email/O2 PAYG08 May 2008 11:25 GMT5
I have a Sony Ericsson W580i (Unlocked and Unbranded) with a O2 PAYG SIM

then after a minute or so, it says "Can Not Find Server"
Three at end of 18 month contract at £17.50 pm08 May 2008 10:47 GMT11
When I called to cancel with Three around 16 months ago they offered me a
minimum contract where the average cost per month was £17.50. It wasn't
straight forward as it was based on credits and goodness knows what to
average out at this figure for the duration of the contract.
Is Roaming possible in the UK?07 May 2008 23:11 GMT33
I live in Dorset and mobile reception in some parts of the county is pretty
ropey to say the least. In any location, however, some networks are better
than others - but overall no single network is perfect.
My question is therefore is it possible to get a SIM card or whatever in ...
DVB-H07 May 2008 20:33 GMT5
The N96 will come with DVB-H TV.
Is this broadcasted over the air like normal TV, or only accessable
through the internet, IE, you need to buy a data package?
All the best.

Replacement for O2 Jet07 May 2008 09:32 GMT1
I am told today that the O2 jet is no longer available.
1) Where can you get the batteries?
2) What replaces it for simplicity and battery life - standby @ talk
time, ideally camera free but all other functions ( Bluetooth etc)

Vodafone Mobile Connect Software Issues06 May 2008 10:03 GMT1

using the Vodafone Mobile connect software version 9.3 (and 9.2) as
follows -
Internet connections work ok, but I have written an application which
HSDPA / 3G+05 May 2008 23:25 GMT2

that they are still rolling it out to the major cities first but does anyone
know if if it only currently available to Business Customers or is is
available to private as well?
Vodafone USB broadband dongle in a non 3G (2G only) area??05 May 2008 20:04 GMT2
Hiya, a friend wants to know if he can use the Vodafone USB dongle for 2G
only? Yes, I know it will be painfully slow, but there's no 3G coverage what
so ever where he is! So are these dongles 2G/3G? Or 3G only?

Using a mobile phone to unlock a car ?05 May 2008 19:59 GMT10
I've just read something which sounds far too good to be true. Is there any
truth in it?
Apparently if you accidentally lock your keys in the car, and the keys have
a remote-control to unlock the door, it is possible to use a mobile phone

Help02 May 2008 11:03 GMT7
I've just attempted to top-up my son's mobile number via O2's website.
Unfortunately, it turns out I got one of the digits wrong so some other
lucky person has received a free donation from me.
Is there any way I can recoup this money?
