It would occasionally be useful to be able to connect my laptop to the internet when away from home. I would like to be able to do this - as economically as possible - using one of my mobile phones as a modem, rather than using WiFi and having to be in the proximity of a hotspot.

My wife got a new Nokia 2670 on Thursday, she is on o2 PAYG and whenever she sends a text a message comes up on the screen showing her remaining balance, this also happened on her old Nokia but what is different is on this phone the message is accompanied by a text rec'd tone, ...
