My 12-year-old lost his mobile a couple of weeks ago - had a Tesco PAYG SIM in it. We don't know whether it has been nicked/lost and found by someone, or whether he's just misplaced it, which has an influence on how we proceed

I am successfully using this phone as a dial-up modem with a laptop, at 9.6k, dialling up a normal UK ISP (0845..). However, the connection takes 45-60 secs to establish and most of this is probably the modem negotiation time. I am sure the ISP starts off

A friend is being refused any form of warranty service on a faulty phone she has. Her and her son are both on (seperate) Orange contracts, however they switched handsets as they preferred each other's.

I've just had a 3 USB modem (with SIM) delivered. There are several numbers in the SIM card. Are any of them the PUK or, if not, how does Three give them out?
